These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyAuditMan websites (including this marketing site), trial offers, and the MyAuditMan cloud platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by MyAuditMan (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

The Services are intended for businesses and authorized users. You represent that you have authority to bind your organization where applicable, and that you will comply with all applicable laws.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Trials and subscriptions

Free trials, pricing, and plan features are described on our site (for example on the pricing section) and in your order or checkout flow. Fees, taxes, billing cycles, and renewal terms apply as stated at purchase. You may cancel according to the cancellation process presented in the product or by contacting support.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
• Uploading malware or interfering with the integrity or performance of the Services;
• Using the Services in violation of law or third-party rights;
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code except where permitted by law.

Your data

You retain rights to data you submit to the Services. You grant us permission to host, process, and display that data as needed to provide the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter.

MyAuditMan and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, and content we provide. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if none, a nominal amount where permitted by law).

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services, your data, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where they cannot be waived.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
